A typical day:- Provide a warm, polished welcome to visitors and employees
- Manage a high volume of calls, inquiries, and interactions with elevated clients and C-suite leaders
- Coordinate meeting rooms, departmental meetings, and catering needs
- Handle mail, couriers, deliveries, and daily front-desk operations
- Maintain a tidy, organized, professional reception area
- Support quarterly town halls (PowerPoint management via Teams)
- Draft and send internal communications with accuracy and professionalism
- Assist with social committee activities and employee engagement events
Successful candidates will have:- 3+ years of receptionist or administrative experience in a polished, customer-facing environment
- A professional, polished, hospitality-level demeanor
- Strong verbal and written communication; confident engaging with senior executives
- Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
- Sharp attention to detail, especially when sending communications to large audiences
- Natural intuition and emotional intelligence—you “read the room” effortlessly
- Confidence to push back politely and professionally when needed
- A team-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
