Agilus is recruiting for a Receptionist- Casual/On-Call in the non-profit healthcare & support organization in Toronto, Ontario.
This is a casual on-call position, and shifts may be scheduled during any of the following hours: • Monday: 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM or 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM • Tuesday – Thursday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM or 4:00 PM – 8:30 PM • Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM • Saturday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Responsibilities:

Basic reception coverage
Answering phone calls
Opening doors for incoming visitors / greeting them
Directing visitors as needed

You bring:

Previous reception / front desk experience
Can provide a clear Criminal Background Check (in lieu of Vulnerable Sector Check)
Good communication skills (verbal / written)
Professional demeanor
