Project Manager

Agilus is recruiting for a Project Manager in the Financial Sector in a hybrid work environment in Toronto, Ontario.
Agilus Work Solutions has a financial services client looking for a Project Manager for a 6-month contract to start. This is a great opportunity to work on a long term project.
Responsibilities:

Oversee execution of project including planning, status reporting, financials management, resource management, risks & issues identification and escalation, scope management, and communication strategy
stablish and manage governance forums as required with business stakeholders, technology partners and other support functions, including working groups, operating committees, and steering committees
Develop and lead end to end delivery, providing primary coordination function between key stakeholder groups
Manage project resources including procuring project staff, developing, motivating, coaching and advising, creating a high performance environment
Anticipate business changes and client needs; recommends interventions and continuous improvement initiatives as required
Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with bank enterprise standards, governing regulations, internal policies and procedures

Requirements:

10+ years Proven Project management experience
5+ years of recent experience with Trading platform- Ideally Murex or other technologies.
5+ years of Application migrations and Technology integration experience
7+ years of experience in coordination and oversight of large-scale testing cycles (Unit testing, IST, UAT)
7+ years of experience with project financial management and resource planning
