Kickstart your career in Workplace Services as a Junior Mail Room Clerk supporting daily office operations in a dynamic downtown Toronto environment. This hands-on role involves maintaining organized workspaces, supporting office logistics, and ensuring smooth day-to-day function across shared areas. Ideal for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable staying active throughout the day.
A typical day:

Maintain office organization across floors, workstations, and meeting rooms
Support mailroom and workplace operations as required
Manage and restock supply rooms and shared office areas
Maintain cleanliness and functionality of printer and copier stations
Perform general office maintenance and support tasks

Successful candidates will have:

Demonstrate ability to work onsite Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
Show physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Exhibit strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Display reliability and a proactive, team-oriented attitude
Bring a willingness to learn and support overall workplace operations

Total rewards:

$18.00 hourly
