Delivery Lead – Network & Facilities IT Transition | Global Infrastructure Projects
Agilus is recruiting for several IT Delivery Leads in the travel industry in a hybrid work environment in Toronto, Ontario.
This Delivery Lead role focuses on leading enterprise-level Facilities IT Transition initiatives across complex operational environments. You’ll unify IT service delivery using ITIL and ITSM best practices while overseeing network, systems, and application deployments that support critical facilities operations worldwide. Partnering with vendors and internal teams, you’ll drive end-to-end solutions that balance performance, reliability, safety, and business requirements.
A typical day:

Lead implementation of network, application, and facility IT systems
Coordinate change management activities across IT and business teams
Manage vendor engagement and project deliverables end to end
Communicate project status, risks, and changes to stakeholders
Conduct and lead on-site surveys, testing, and deployment validations
Translate business and functional requirements into technical documentation
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and cost estimates

Must have:

Demonstrate 7–9 years of IT project and delivery leadership experience
Apply strong knowledge of project management methodologies
Communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders
Lead projects in large, complex enterprise environments
Willingness to travel internationally, accounting for 80% of the time

Soft skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong ability to work cross functionally
Experience working in similar environments
