ReceptionAgilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Reception in the Financial Industry in Toronto, Ontario. We are seeking a professional, polished Receptionist for a short-term assignment in a corporate, client-facing environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office, enjoys engaging with visitors, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly. You’ll be the first point of contact for guests, support meetings and events, and help maintain a welcoming, well-organized workplace. Responsibilities:- Welcome and direct visitors while creating and activating access badges
- Coordinate office maintenance needs with building operations
- Support meetings and events by assisting with setup, cleanup, and guest coordination
- Maintain pantry and snack areas with coffee, milk, and supplies
- Manage daily front desk operations in a professional, client-facing manner
Successful candidates will have:- Demonstrate prior experience in reception or office administration
- Present a professional appearance suitable for a client-facing role
- Communicate clearly and professionally in person and via email
- Stay organized while managing multiple tasks and visitors
