Director Total Rewards role open in Toronto! Agilus is recruiting for a Director Total Rewards in the tech space in Toronto, Ontario. Our client is actively hiring a Director of Total Rewards for their human resources team in a one-year contract. This person will be overseeing payroll, compensation, benefits, the HRIS, and governance. Responsibilities:- Overseeing the HR team
- Establishing job architecture and creating salary bands
- Governance of benefits, pension, and compensation programs
- Overseeing short term and long term incentive plans, annual performance, and merit increases
- Providing analysis and recommendations to the executive team
- Overseeing the HRIS
Requirements:- 8+ years of experience in pay, benefits, and total rewards
- Experience establishing job architecture, salary bands, and total rewards
- 5+ years of experience leading a team
- Experience handling human resources for companies of 500 - 1000 staff
- Experience with Workday
- Analytical mindset with a passion for using data to drive recommendations and decisions
What's in it for you:- 150K - 160K annually
