Senior Change Manager to lead Organizational Change Management (OCM) initiatives within a large, complex enterprise environment.Agilus is recruiting for a Change Manager in the Development in Toront, Ontario. This role is ideal for a change expert who can drive adoption across large-scale implementations while building sustainable change capabilities across the organization.
The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in change strategy, stakeholder engagement, and enterprise transformation — helping teams successfully navigate organizational change from planning through adoption and stabilization.
A typical day:- Lead end-to-end Organizational Change Management strategies supporting enterprise-wide initiatives and implementations.
- Partner with leadership teams to design and execute change approaches that enable successful adoption and long-term sustainability.
- Build and mature organizational change capabilities, frameworks, and best practices across the enterprise.
- Develop and execute change impact assessments, stakeholder strategies, communications, and adoption plans.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders across all organizational levels — from operational support teams through senior leadership.
- Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and project teams to strengthen change readiness and engagement.
- Identify change risks and resistance points, developing mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
- Support large-scale implementations by aligning people, process, and technology changes.
Successful candidates will have:- Proven expertise in Organizational Change Management within large enterprise organizations.
- Demonstrated experience leading change for major implementations or transformation programs.
- Industry background is flexible — success delivering change in complex environments is the primary requirement.
- Strong ability to influence and engage stakeholders across diverse functional areas and seniority levels.
