Agilus is recruiting for a BSA - Guidewire in the Insuarance Domain in Toronto, Ontario.
As the Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will liaise between the team and business stakeholders for functionality enhancements and new developments. You will be a part of an exciting team responsible for translating concepts and requirements into client focused and effective system-based solutions. You will contribute to complex and diverse initiatives through formulating and defining system scope and objectives based on both user needs and a comprehensive understanding of the applicable business applications.
A typical day:

Technologies you have experience with: • You have experience with at least one of the Guidewire suite of products - PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter. • You have experience with JIRA, JIRA Service Desk and Confluence or similar tools. • You have experience with data query tools and data dictionaries used in applications

Successful candidates will have:

• Facilitating discussions with business partners to collect, document, and validate detailed analysis of business functions, rules and processes required for highly complex projects. • Guiding the assessment and selection of technical design solutions, acting as intermediary between the team and the Business stakeholders. • Performing detailed data analysis, data modeling, mapping and flow to support system functionality, integrations and conversations. • Developing the user acceptance test plan, strategies and leading the overall testing activities for medium to large initiatives. • Leading the continuous improvement of the Business Systems Analyst (BSA) practice through research, devising improvements, establishing more efficient processes, and providing guidance to other team members.
