Agilus is recruiting for a BIM Revit Manager in the Engineering industry in Toronto, Ontario.
We’re looking for a highly experienced BIM Revit Manager to join our clients engineering team in downtown Toronto. This is a client-facing role where you’ll guide BIM strategy, support multi-disciplinary engineering teams, and serve as the go-to Revit expert across the firm.

A typical day:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain firm-wide BIM standards, templates, families, and workflows and serve as the subject matter expert for Revit and BIM processes across engineering disciplines (structural, MEP, civil, etc.)
  • Lead BIM execution planning and ensure alignment with client BIM requirements and BEPs
  • Set up and manage Revit models for new projects, including work sharing, model structure, and file management and oversee model coordination, clash detection, and data consistency across disciplines
  • Review models and drawings for accuracy, compliance, and quality control and support project teams with troubleshooting, optimization, and best practices
  • Evaluate and implement new BIM tools, plugins, and workflows to improve efficiency and performance
  • Train and mentor engineers and designers on Revit and BIM standards and develop internal training materials and onboarding programs for BIM users
  • Act as the primary BIM point of contact for clients, contractors, and external consultants and participate in BIM coordination meetings and technical discussions

Successful candidates will have:
  • 7+ years of experience using Revit in an engineering or AEC consulting environment and 3+ years in a BIM leadership, coordination, or management role
  • Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (multi-disciplinary models)
  • Strong understanding of BIM standards, LOD, model coordination, and data management
  • Experience supporting engineering deliverables for complex projects
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with Navisworks, BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud, Dynamo, and AutoCAD (Preferred)
  • Experience working on large, multi-disciplinary infrastructure or building projects
  • BIM or Autodesk professional certification(s) -Preferred
