Agilus is recruiting for a BIM Revit Manager in the Engineering industry in Toronto, Ontario.
We’re looking for a highly experienced BIM Revit Manager to join our clients engineering team in downtown Toronto. This is a client-facing role where you’ll guide BIM strategy, support multi-disciplinary engineering teams, and serve as the go-to Revit expert across the firm.

A typical day:

Develop, implement, and maintain firm-wide BIM standards, templates, families, and workflows and serve as the subject matter expert for Revit and BIM processes across engineering disciplines (structural, MEP, civil, etc.)
Lead BIM execution planning and ensure alignment with client BIM requirements and BEPs
Set up and manage Revit models for new projects, including work sharing, model structure, and file management and oversee model coordination, clash detection, and data consistency across disciplines
Review models and drawings for accuracy, compliance, and quality control and support project teams with troubleshooting, optimization, and best practices
Evaluate and implement new BIM tools, plugins, and workflows to improve efficiency and performance
Train and mentor engineers and designers on Revit and BIM standards and develop internal training materials and onboarding programs for BIM users
Act as the primary BIM point of contact for clients, contractors, and external consultants and participate in BIM coordination meetings and technical discussions

Successful candidates will have:

7+ years of experience using Revit in an engineering or AEC consulting environment and 3+ years in a BIM leadership, coordination, or management role
Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (multi-disciplinary models)
Strong understanding of BIM standards, LOD, model coordination, and data management
Experience supporting engineering deliverables for complex projects
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with Navisworks, BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud, Dynamo, and AutoCAD (Preferred)
Experience working on large, multi-disciplinary infrastructure or building projects
BIM or Autodesk professional certification(s) -Preferred
