Associate Project Manager

Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Associate Project Manager in the Financial Industry in a hybrid work environment in Toronto, Ontario.

Responsibilities:

Support the coordination and delivery of regulatory initiatives within the Complaints portfolio, ensuring project activities remain aligned with agreed timelines, milestones, and business objectives
Assist with project activities related to complaints handling process enhancements, including workflow changes, customer correspondence updates, and implementation of revised complaint resolution requirements
Support the coordination of the Complaints AI model rebuild, tracking project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, testing activities, and required stakeholder approvals
Assist with the prioritization and completion of outstanding Complaints change requests (CRs), including tracking progress and coordinating follow-ups with relevant business and technology teams.
Coordinate activities across business, technology, compliance, legal, risk, and other stakeholder groups to ensure requirements, decisions, and deliverables are clearly documented

Requirements:

Experience in project management, project coordination, or program support, preferably within banking, financial services, or a regulated environment
Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables, competing priorities, and deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare concise status reports, presentations, and meeting materials
Strong business focus and the ability to understand project objectives, regulatory requirements, and operational impacts
Familiarity with project governance, project plans, RAID logs, milestone tracking, decision logs, and status reporting

Total rewards:

$60.00 - $65.00 hourly

Further additional qualifications:

Experience supporting regulatory initiatives within Canadian financial services
Exposure to FCAC, OSFI, or other regulatory requirements and guidance
Experience with complaints management, customer complaint resolution processes, regulatory remediation, or compliance-driven change initiatives
Experience using project management tools such as Clarity or similar platforms
Familiarity with technology implementation, system enhancements, AI/ML initiatives, or model governance projects
