Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a AI Strategy & Execution Lead in the financial services in a hybrid work environment in Toronto, Ontario. Our client is seeking an experienced AI Strategy & Execution Lead to help shape and accelerate its AI transformation journey.
This individual will play a key role in defining and executing an AI-enabled operating model by identifying high-value opportunities, driving AI adoption across business teams, and ensuring AI investments deliver measurable business outcomes. The successful candidate will work closely with senior business leaders, technology teams, analytics partners, and risk stakeholders to develop and scale AI solutions that improve productivity, enhance decision-making, and transform the way work is performed. Responsibilities:- Develop and execute the roadmap for AI adoption across the business.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI use cases that align with business objectives and deliver measurable value.
- Lead initiatives focused on workflow transformation, process redesign, and AI-enabled ways of working.
- Build compelling business cases and executive presentations to support AI investments and strategic decisions.
- Partner with Technology, Data, Analytics, and Risk teams to implement AI solutions in a scalable and compliant manner.
- Establish success measures, adoption metrics, and governance frameworks to monitor value realization.
- Drive organizational change management activities to promote awareness, adoption, and effective use of AI capabilities.
- Support the development and implementation of responsible AI practices, governance standards, and risk controls.
Requirements:- 6+ years of relevant professional experience in strategy, transformation, consulting, innovation, or technology-related roles.
- Minimum 2+ years of management consulting experience focused on AI, technology transformation, digital transformation, or operating model design.
- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise AI adoption or business transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of AI concepts and capabilities, including:

- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
