Agilus is recruiting for a Production Associate - Heavy Lifting in the Automotive Industry in Tecumseh, Ontario. Agilus is hiring production associates to work at an automotive painting facility in Tecumseh, Ontario. In this role, you must be comfortable with heavy duty lifting (up to 80 lbs) as the role requires moving the paint racks throughout the shifts. Total rewards:- Rotating Days & Afternoon shifts
- Weekly pay with 4% vacation pay added
- Opportunity for permanent hire on
- $18.50/hour for day shifts and $19.00/hour for afternoon shifts
Responsibilities:- Placing and removing metal paint racks on/off the production line
- Quality inspection of plastic automotive parts
- Packing, labelling, sanding of plastic parts
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Other duties as assigned by supervisors and team leads
Must have:- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. on a regular basis
- Available for days and afternoon shifts (staggered shift times)
- Must provide completion of high school or equivalency
- Previous experience in automotive manufacturing an asset
