Jack-of-All-Trades Wanted – Hands-On Role with Travel!
Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for multiple Skilled Labourer / Jack-of-All-Tradess in the General Contracting Industry in Sussex East, New Brunswick.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their work and isn’t afraid to tackle different types of tasks day-to-day. No two days will be the same—this role is ideal for someone who can adapt, troubleshoot, and figure things out as they go.
We offer:

$25.00 hourly
Opportunity to work on a wide range of projects (no repetitive days)
Travel across New Brunswick and PEI
Flexible meeting arrangements (based out of Sussex or meet along travel routes)
Weekly payroll

Responsibilities:

Perform ceramic wall and floor tile installation and repairs
Install and repair vinyl tile
Complete lock and cabinet repairs
Handle general maintenance and minor construction tasks
Support pest control remediation (sealing holes, installing access hatches, etc.)
Troubleshoot issues on-site and find practical solutions
Work independently or as part of a team on various project sites

Requirements:

Experience in skilled labour, construction, or general maintenance
Strong “jack-of-all-trades” skillset or willingness to learn a variety of tasks
Ability to problem-solve and adapt on-site
Comfortable working on the road and traveling regularly
Must be able to work days or nights depending on project demand
Comfortable working on the road and traveling regularly
