Drive Sales & Build Relationships in Northern Ontario – Technical Sales Role with High Earning Potential
Agilus is recruiting for a Technical Sales Representative in the industrial supply services industry in Sudbury, Ontario.
Are you a driven sales professional with technical know-how and a passion for building client relationships? This remote Technical Sales Representative role offers the chance to travel across Northern Ontario, sell service packages to mining clients, and earn a lucrative commission while representing a global leader in industrial solutions.
Total rewards:

$60000.00 - $68000.00 annually
Base salary between $60,000–$68,000 with commission potential to double earnings in the first year, and for high performers closer to $200k in 2-3 years
Guaranteed $1,500 monthly commission for first 6 months in addition to base salary
10% annual bonus
100% company-paid health, dental, vision, life & disability benefits
Company vehicle or car allowance with gas card
3 weeks vacation, 5 sick days, 5 flex days, 1 floater day
$600 annual wellness subsidy
Tuition reimbursement and internal learning platform access

Responsibilities:

Build strong relationships through client visits, trade shows, and events
Respond promptly to customer inquiries with tailored solutions
Maintain accurate sales data in CRM system
Provide market feedback and insights to internal teams
Collaborate with operations to ensure project success
Attend training and continuously update product knowledge
Manage your own schedule and territory travel
Promote and sell compressor service and maintenance packages

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of related sales experience
Technical education or equivalent work-based technical knowledge
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Valid driver’s license
Willingness to travel extensively across Northern Ontario
Based in or near Sudbury
Self-motivated and organized with a customer-first mindset
