Bilingual Rental Sales Coordinator

Agilus is recruiting for a Bilingual Rental Sales Coordinator in the city of in St-Mathias sur Richelieu, Quebec.
The Rental Sales Coordinator provides sales and operational support by handling rental requests, customer communication, contract preparation, delivery planning, and administrative follow up to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction. Total rewards:
  • $65000.00 - $72000.00 annually

  • Fully onsite Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week, 7.5 hours per day

A typical day:
  • Receive and manage inbound rental inquiries across Canada
  • Create, update, and maintain customer data and rental contracts in CRM system and scheduling tool
  • Coordinate rental fleet availability and drive rental sales performance, assist with quotes
  • Plan and schedule deliveries, installations, pickups, and equipment maintenance
  • Schedule technicians based on skills, availability, and work orders
  • Process rental invoicing, purchase orders, quotes, and follow up on open work orders
  • Communicate daily with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams

Successful candidates will have:
  • Bilingual, strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales support, coordination, planning, or customer service; industrial sector experience is an asset not a requirement
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, able to work independently and manage priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word); experience with ERP or CRM systems preferred
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive, customer-focused approach
