Are you looking for a meaningful role that combines delivery, customer service, and technical skills?Agilus is recruiting for a Bilingual Field Service Repair Technician in the Medical Industry in st laurent, Quebec. This position is responsible for the provision, return, servicing, and safe handling of medical equipment, ensuring customers receive timely, accurate, and exceptional support. A typical day:- repare medical equipment for patient use, including sanitization, disinfection, and quality control testing to meet safety and regulatory standards.
- Load, unload, and transport equipment to and from customer locations using a company-provided vehicle.
- Serve as a knowledgeable and professional representative while interacting with patients, caregivers, and healthcare partners.
- Load, unload, and transport equipment to and from customer locations using a company-provided vehicle.
- Learn, understand, and follow company policies and procedures related to medical device handling, tracking, and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized service center environment.
Successful candidates will have:- Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license without restrictions and a clean drivers abstract
- Fully Bilingual in English and French
- One (1) year customer facing experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
- High School Graduate, Bachelors preferred
Total rewards:- $36.00 - $39.00 hourly
- Contract Role (3-6 Months)

Soft skills:- One (1) year customer facing experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
- Ability to work extended hours including evenings, weekends and participate in on-call duties
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in business relationships
- Ability to travel to the United States by commercial air service to attend training and other scheduled business functions
