Are you a skilled technician with a passion for problem-solving and customer service? We’re seeking a full-time permanent Service Technician to maintain, repair, and commission industrial equipment while delivering exceptional support to our valued customers. This role offers independence, variety, and the chance to represent a world-class brand. Total rewards:- $32.00 - $37.00 hourly

Responsibilities:- Perform maintenance and service on industrial equipment and advise customers on operations
- Commission new equipment and diagnose mechanical and electrical faults
- Support existing customers and develop new business opportunities
- Stay updated on product knowledge through training and technical resources
- Represent the company professionally and uphold service standards
- Complete administrative tasks including service reports and documentation
- Provide strategic solutions and communicate opportunities to management
- Occasionally work on-call during evenings, weekends, and holidays for emergencies
Requirements:- Certification as Industrial Mechanic, Electrician, Automotive Service Technician, or equivalent experience
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Valid driver’s license with clean abstract
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Physical endurance for lifting up to 50 lbs and working in varied conditions
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Experience servicing compressed air equipment (asset)
