Agilus is recruiting for a Analyst in the oil & gas sector in Sherwood Park, Alberta. The Rail Administrator provides administrative and data entry support for rail activities within rail operations. The role focuses on maintaining accurate records, updating systems, and supporting compliance and reporting requirements with the creation of automated systems to reduce manual data reporting. Total rewards:- $35.00 - $51.00 hourly
- Mon to Friday, 8 hours a day
- 6 months of contract
A typical day:- Enter and update rail movement, and logistics data in company systems.
- File and manage rail-related documentation, ensuring correct version control.
- Respond to data and information requests from logistics teams.
- Create automated workflows (cloud/desktop flows), Power Apps, and custom connectors for business needs.
- Create workflow automation, process mapping, data governance, security, system integration.
- Integrate Power Automate with other Microsoft products such as Power Apps, SharePoint, and Dynamics 365.
Successful candidates will have:- Strong data entry and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work accurately with numbers, records, and documentation.
- Basic understanding of logistics or transport processes (desirable).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience with SAP.
- Good written communication skills, Ability to follow procedures and work to deadlines.
- Certificate in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- Previous admin or data entry experience, preferably in oil & gas logistics, Previous experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint.
