Inventory Control Coordinator

Agilus is recruiting for several Inventory Control Coordinators in the Supply Chain & Distribution in Sharon, Ontario.

Total rewards:

$25.00 hourly
Weekly pay including 4% vacation pay
Parking Available
Morning shift 6:00am-2:00pm
Afternoon shift 2:00pm-10:00pm
Night shift 10:00pm-6:00am

Responsibilities:

Maintain and update required inventory levels for goods, products and materials.
Reconcile physical inventories with system records and make adjustments on a as needed basis.
Complete and issue records and reports, including filling invoices and maintaining customer documentation, with accuracy and timeliness.
Prepare and analyze adjustment activity reports.
Implement corrective measures to prevent future variances.
Maintain accurate records of recouped products and resolve discrepancies.
Conduct searches within the system to locate products and resolve discrepancies.
Perform weekly cycle counts and adjust system records as necessary.

Must have:

Minimum of 1 year experience in similar role.
Ability to lift and/or pull up to 50lbs without restrictions.
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.
Proficiency with computer applications, including MS Office, Excel and SAP.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new processes.
Excellent oral, written communication skills and strong customer service orientation.
Ability to work in environments with varying temperatures (e.g., refrigerated, freezing, and warm conditions) is required.
