Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Accounting/Admin Assistant- Part Time in the industrial equipment and material handling industry in Scarborough, Ontario.
This is a contract position with the potential to transition into a full-time role depending on job performance and workload.

A day in the life:

Enter parts orders and obtain quotes from suppliers
Prepare customer quotes for parts orders using Business Vision Accounting Software
Create purchase orders for suppliers in Business Vision
Enter supplier invoices in Accounts Payable
Enter invoices with appropriate costing in Business Vision
Complete month-end sales reports in Excel using data from Business Vision
Arrange shipping with freight carriers and prepare required documentation
Enter engineering hours and maintain tracking spreadsheets in Excel

You bring:

Experience with Business Vision Accounting Software is considered an asset
Excellent communication and written skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
Minimum 2 years of experience working with computerized accounting software
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
