Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for several Seasonal Agricultural Field Workers in the Agricultural Sector in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
Looking for an active outdoor job where no two days are the same? Join a seasonal agricultural field team performing hands-on crop and seed production activities. This role offers paid travel time, employer-provided transportation, and the opportunity to work in agricultural research and production fields throughout the Saskatoon area. Ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, working outdoors, and being part of a team environment
A typical day:

Perform field maintenance activities including weeding and crop care
Follow daily work plans set by supervisors and agronomy teams
Assist with swathing activities by sickling plots and preparing crops for harvest
Hand harvest seed and clean seed samples for processing
Support various outdoor and indoor agricultural field operations as required

Successful candidates will have:

Arrive at the designated pickup location before 7:45 AM each workday
Demonstrate strong communication skills and a dependable work ethic
Perform physically demanding outdoor work for extended periods
Maintain clean footwear suitable for agricultural field environments
Bring a packed lunch and be prepared to work in varying weather conditions
