If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy variety in your day, this opportunity is for you A typical day:- Welcome clients, answer and direct incoming calls, and manage front desk operations
- Coordinate meeting room bookings, catering, and onsite events
- Support office operations including maintenance coordination, vendor management, and invoice processing
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of shared office spaces and equipment areas
- Assist with mailroom, café services, and overall workplace experience delivery
Successful candidates will have:- Demonstrated experience in reception, office administration, or workplace services
- Strong communication and customer service skills with a professional presence
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
- Proficiency in basic office systems and scheduling tools
- Availability to work onsite Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
