Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for an Outdoor Maintenance Worker in the Agricultural Sector in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
We are recruiting reliable and hardworking Outdoor Maintenance Workers for a seasonal assignment running from early July through August. This hands-on role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and contributing to the day-to-day operations of a worksite. You will support general maintenance and operational tasks while helping to maintain clean, safe, and efficient outdoor environments in varying weather conditions.
A typical day:

Perform general outdoor maintenance and operational duties
Maintain clean, safe, and organised work areas
Remove weeds and perform yard clean up
Follow safety guidelines and site procedures

Requirements:

Be physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Be able to lift up to 50 lbs safely
Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
Work independently with minimal supervision

You'll receive:

$16.50 hourly
Gain hands-on outdoor and general labour experience
