Hands-On IT Support Technician – Network Infrastructure | Contract Role in Saskatoon
Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for an IT Support Technician in the Information Technology Sector in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
This full-time contract opportunity is ideal for an experienced IT Support Technician who thrives in fast-paced, technical environments. Working with network infrastructure, specialised equipment, and end users, this role plays a critical part in keeping IT systems running smoothly across lab and greenhouse settings. You’ll handle Level 2 support, collaborate with vendors, and contribute to the stability and security of IT operations.
A typical day:

Support IT systems within lab and greenhouse environments
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
Resolve Level 2 support tickets escalated from the Service Desk
Coordinate with equipment vendors for diagnostics and repairs
Install, maintain, and support specialised software and devices

Successful candidates will have:

Bring a minimum of 3 years of hands-on IT support experience
Hold a completed graduate degree in a relevant field
Demonstrate experience supporting IT network infrastructure
Show strong problem-solving and time management abilities
Communicate effectively while working independently and in teams
