Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for several General Labours in the Manufacturing sector in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
Join a fast-paced production environment where you’ll play a key role in packaging and preparing products for distribution. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for reliable, safety-focused individuals who enjoy hands-on work and want to start quickly with no interview required. If you’re dependable, willing to learn, and ready for physical work, this could be a great fit.
A typical day:

Perform repetitive packaging tasks including placing bags into boxes and strapping cartons
Stack products safely on racks and organize boxes onto pallets
Rotate between standing and sitting positions while maintaining productivity
Follow safety procedures, and complete shift documentation accurately
Maintain a clean, safe work area and support daily production targets

Successful candidates will have:

Demonstrate strong safety awareness and willingness to learn
Perform physically demanding, repetitive tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs
Maintain reliable attendance and consistent work ethic
Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking)
Possess reliable transportation due to limited public transit access
