Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for several General Labour Outdoorss in the Agricultural Sector in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
Looking for an active outdoor job where every day is different? We are hiring Seasonal Field Workers to support agricultural field operations in and around the Saskatoon area. This hands-on position involves outdoor field work such as weeding, pulling, and uprooting plants while contributing to important agricultural projects. Transportation is provided from a designated pickup location, and workers should be prepared for physically demanding work in various weather conditions.
A typical day:

Perform manual weed removal using hoeing and hand-pulling techniques
Follow daily work plans set by supervisors and agronomy teams
Maintain attention to detail to avoid crop damage during tasks

Successful candidates will have:

Arrive consistently on time for 6:45 AM check-in
Wear clean, closed-toe footwear suitable for field work
Demonstrate physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
Show strong communication, reliability, and teamwork skills

What's in it for you:

$16.50 hourly
Receive full day pay even if work hours are shortened due to weather
