Agricultural Worker

Hands on working in agricultural fields and performing a variety of tasks to support crop production and field maintenance.
Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Agricultural Worker in the Farming industry in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
In this role, you will operate a basic seed analyzer to ensure all seed samples are properly tested and processed. You will also be responsible for moving and organizing boxes of seed weighing up to 40 lbs. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to safely handle and lift materials.
A typical day:

Operate a basic seed analyzer by pouring seeds into a sample cup and placing it on the device
Sitting/standing at a workstation
Ensure that all samples are tested
Relocate boxes of seed which can weigh 30 lbs
keep work area clean

Successful candidates will have:

Attention to detail
Able to read and speak in English
Show strong communication, reliability, and teamwork skills
Must have reliable transportation to the site which is approx 8 km outside of Saskatoon - no public transportation is available
Sitting/standing in the same spot for the majority of their workday
