Contract HMGP Cyber Security

Agilus is recruiting for a Contract HMGP Cyber Security in the oil & gas sector in Saskatchewan, Alberta.
The contractor will provide technical cyber security support to HMGP and help advance OT cyber initiatives while working closely with Deloitte and Accenture. The contractor will act as HMGP’s technical representative to support governance, network remediation, vulnerability processes, and documentation improvements.
Total rewards:

$66.00 - $81.00 hourly

Onsite position

A typical day:

OT Vulnerability Management Support Support development of OT vulnerability management procedures, Improve HMGP’s OT vulnerability identification, prioritization, and validation workflows.
Quarterly Patching Cycle Participation, Participate in future patching cycles to understand the workflow and support remediation activities, Help validate vulnerabilities and identify opportunities for improving process consistency and automation.
OT Cyber Security Operating Model, Participate in workshops defining roles, responsibilities, and governance structure, Provide technical input to align operational practices with the future operating model.
Technical Design Review, Participate in addressing findings from part 1 of the technical design review. This may include improvements to change management, patch management, vulnerability management processes, account auditing and IAM hygiene.
RADIUS Implementation Participation: Attend RADIUS design and planning sessions to understand integration of network device authentication with Active Directory, Provide feedback on operational impacts and document implications for HMGP processes.
OT Asset Management Support: OT asset discovery enhancements including OTbase integration and field network visibility improvements, OT vulnerability verification and clean up.
Centralized Logging and Monitoring Enhancements, Assist with developing and implementing a solution to collect and forward logs from all non-Windows systems, ssess existing alerting use cases and identify opportunities for additional use cases that strengthen OT monitoring and detection.

Successful candidates will have:

15+ Years of experience required.
Incident Response and Disaster Recovery:Contribute to OT IR and DR plan updates and participate in tabletop exercises.
General Cyber Security Advisory: Provide ongoing technical cyber support and SME guidance for strategy, risk, and stakeholder engagement.
