Project Associate
Sarnia, ON
Agilus is recruiting for a Project Associate in the oil & gas sector in Sarnia, Ontario. Total rewards:- $20.00 - $25.00 hourly
- 18 Months contract position
- Monday to Friday
A typical day:- Provide assistance to the CapEx department.
- Record status updates and complete entries in databases as required.
- Responsible for tracking material delivery dates and forecast monthly spend accordingly.
- Responsible for preparing documentation and sending for signature.
- Invoice validation and processing in SAP.
- Set up and maintain project structures, create work orders and purchase requisitions, Work with Procurement to validate estimates and coordinate lead times, Provide assistance with Month End review.
- Run weekly reports and update funding as required, Assist in Onboarding process including IT requests, Export and organize project cost data for financial reporting.
- Track departmental spending on framework PO’s, Record management and document controls assistance as required including SOP updates.
Successful candidates will have:- College Diploma in Business/Business Administration or Office Administration with relevant work experience preferred.
- Ability to interact / communicate with all stakeholders of the project team, both written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while under pressure.
- Strong computer skills including MS Office, Outlook, SAP, various databases.
