Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Project Manager in the Engineering, Construction & Industrial Projects in Saint John, New Brunswick.
Join a dynamic project execution team delivering complex industrial capital projects from development through execution. This contract opportunity is ideal for an experienced Project Manager with strong leadership, stakeholder management, and project delivery expertise. You'll oversee multidisciplinary teams, manage project governance, and drive successful outcomes across scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk while contributing to high-impact capital initiatives.
Total rewards:

$69.00 - $78.00 hourly
Competitive IC rate of $69.20-$78.00 per hour
Secure a minimum six-month contract engagement

Collaborate with experienced project and engineering teams

A typical day:

Lead development and execution of industrial capital projects
Manage project scope, budget, schedule, risk, and quality
Coordinate stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and suppliers
Develop project plans, estimates, forecasts, and schedules
Prepare project gate deliverables and management recommendations
Maintain RAID logs with clear ownership and accountability
Monitor project performance and governance requirements
Escalate critical risks, issues, and decisions appropriately

Successful candidates will have:

Possess relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience
Demonstrate experience managing multidisciplinary capital projects
Apply strong project leadership and stakeholder management skills
Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams
Utilize sound commercial, analytical, and decision-making abilities
Bring experience with FEL stage-gated project development preferred
Understand Integrated Project Team environments considered an asset
Hold PMP, P.Eng., or equivalent professional designation preferred
