Order Entry & Inventory Specialist – Drive Global Product Flow from Supplier to Shelf
Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Import Specialist in the Logistics & Supply Chain Sector in RICHMOND HILL, Ontario.
This in-office role is a key part of the logistics team, ensuring smooth and accurate product movement from international suppliers to the Canadian distribution network. The Order Entry & Inventory Specialist plays a hands-on role in demand planning, purchase order management, and shipment coordination, working closely with overseas vendors, freight partners, and quality control firms to maintain optimal inventory levels and on-time delivery.
Responsibilities:

Review inventory levels alongside sales forecasts to identify purchasing requirements
Prepare, submit, and track purchase orders with domestic and overseas suppliers
Coordinate vessel bookings, shipping schedules, and consolidated shipments
Liaise with freight carriers to arrange domestic deliveries
Organize third-party quality inspections for finished goods prior to shipment

You bring:

Hold a university degree, college diploma, or equivalent relevant experience
Bring 3–5 years of experience in order entry, inventory, or supply chain coordination
Demonstrate advanced computer skills including databases and web-based vendor portals
Communicate effectively with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders
Offer experience with overseas vendors, demand planning, and inventory forecasting

An ideal candidate has:

Mandarin language skills

Total rewards:

$65000.00 - $75000.00 annually
Stable, full-time, Monday to Friday schedule in a 100% in-office environment
