Accountabilities:

Coordinate project tracking, reporting, and milestone updates to ensure initiatives remain on schedule
Manage licensing portal submissions, certification records, QA documentation, and regulatory tracking requirements
Create, edit, and proofread marketing materials, product information, reports, and presentations
Maintain databases, filing systems, customer and product records, and document management processes
Support product testing, factory communications, shelf studies, and cross-functional team collaboration

Successful candidates will have:

Demonstrate strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Possess excellent written communication, copywriting, proofreading, and document management abilities
Exhibit strong attention to detail when handling data entry, regulatory documentation, and reporting activities
Show proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, spreadsheets, databases, and project tracking tools
Bring experience in marketing coordination, product development, food manufacturing, QA, regulatory administration, or a related field

Total rewards:

$60000.00 - $65000.00 annually
