Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Project Manager in the construction in Richmond, British Columbia.

Join a respected construction organization where you'll lead the full lifecycle of projects from pre-construction planning through execution, commissioning, and closeout. This is an opportunity to manage complex builds, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, drive project performance, and contribute to the successful delivery of projects valued at $20M+.

Responsibilities:

Lead all phases of project delivery from pre-construction planning through project closeout
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, procurement plans, and execution strategies
Manage subcontractor procurement, contract administration, change management, and project financials
Coordinate project teams, consultants, clients, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
Monitor safety, quality, productivity, risk management, and regulatory compliance throughout project execution
Oversee commissioning, turnover, warranty activities, and client closeout processes

Requirements:

Possess 5+ years of commercial and/or institutional construction experience
Demonstrate 2+ years of construction project management experience with projects exceeding $20M in value
Deliver projects under Construction Management, Design-Build, and Hard Bid contract models
Utilize project management and construction software including MS Project or Primavera P6, SAP, Bluebeam, and electronic document management systems
Lead teams effectively through strong communication, negotiation, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills
Demonstrate exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities in fast-paced construction environments
