Brand new role open now in Vancouver! Fully remote options available, contract role, $75/hour+
Agilus is recruiting for an SAP Training and Adoptions Specialist in the retail sector.
We are working with our client to hire someone to own WalkMe and make SAP easy for employees to use through in-app guidance and training. This is a contract opportunity for anyone to work remotely within Canada, or hybrid if located in Vancouver.
Responsibilities:

Own the WalkMe tool building walkthroughs, tooltips, and guides inside SAP
Fixing any issues that arise and improving user experience
Creating in-app training content
Driving adoption by analyzing usage data, improving guidance, and figuring out where users are struggling
Building governance and app standards
Train new users, troubleshoot issues, and create a community of 'power users'

Requirements:

Working experience with WorkMe implementation
SAP Fiori or GUI experience preferred
5+ years of experience in digital adoption and experience supporting in-app guidance
Subject matter expert in DAP tools, great at troubleshooting and building adoption strategies

6-month contract with chance of extension
Office location: North Vancouver
Monday to Friday, full time hours
