Drive Growth Across Northern Ontario: Technical Outside Sales Representative in the Crane & Lifting Equipment Industry
Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Technical Outside Sales Rep in the Industrial Equipment & Manufacturing / Material Handling & Lifting Solutions.
Are you a seasoned technical sales professional with experience in mill, crane, and lifting equipment solutions? Join a growing organization where you'll manage customer relationships throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initial consultation and solution development to installation and after-sales support. This autonomous, customer-focused role offers the opportunity to work with industry-leading products while developing business across Northern Ontario.
A typical day:

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships while delivering exceptional service
Recommend technical solutions by collaborating with engineering and internal sales teams
Manage RFQ processes, prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and protect profit margins
Support projects from design through installation, including on-site presence during critical phases
Conduct product demonstrations, promote specialized product lines, and provide post-installation follow-up

Successful candidates will have:

10+ years of technical sales experience in mill and crane products
Demonstrate experience managing projects, budgets, timelines, and customer expectations
Build strong business relationships through exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Adapt effectively to changing priorities while working independently in a fast-paced environment
Hold a degree, diploma, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience, with ability to travel throughout Ontario

Total rewards:

$90000.00 - $110000.00 annually
