Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for several Support Specialist Legals in the Legal sector.
Are you a highly organized bilingual professional who enjoys coordinating projects, supporting clients, and working with technology? We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support a client-facing project management team in a fully remote environment. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with internal teams, assist with project execution, communicate with clients, and contribute to high-quality deliverables while developing your project coordination and technical skills.
A typical day:

Coordinate project activities, timelines, communications, and deliverables to support successful project execution
Collaborate with internal operational teams to ensure project objectives and deadlines are achieved
Communicate with clients professionally by responding to inquiries and supporting ongoing project updates
Prepare project documentation including scripts, website content, business rules, and status reports
Analyze project data and reporting to identify quality issues and provide meaningful insights

Successful candidates will have:

Demonstrate bilingual fluency in French and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Apply strong technical aptitude including proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot
Utilize exceptional organization, attention to detail, and project coordination capabilities in a fast-paced environment
Support client-facing activities through professional customer service, research, and problem-solving skills
Possess at least one year of professional client or customer-facing experience with post-secondary education considered an asset

Total rewards:

$28.00 hourly
Earn a competitive pay rate of $26 to $30 per hour based on experience
Work remotely using your own equipment
