Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Senior Project Manager in the Mergers and Acquisitions.

Responsibilities:

Lead project management activities for a major M&A integration in France.
Manage senior business and IT stakeholders across international teams
Coordinate with the Program Manager and IT Project Manager to ensure successful delivery
Drive project planning, governance, reporting, risk management, and issue resolution
Support Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) workstreams as part of the wider integration program

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering M&A integration projects
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior executives and cross-functional teams
Experience managing complex, global program involving multiple regions
Excellent communication skills in both French and English (written and spoken).

Total rewards:

$75.00 - $80.00 hourly
