An industry-leading organization is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of strategic e-commerce and digital initiatives.
Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Senior E-Comm Project Manager in the Retail Sector.
This role will manage end-to-end project delivery across customer-facing digital platforms, partnering with business and technology teams to deliver innovative online shopping experiences while ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
A typical day:

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise e-commerce and digital projects.
Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Partner with Product, Digital, Engineering, UX, Marketing, Operations, and external vendors to drive successful delivery.
Coordinate Agile ceremonies and support Scrum or hybrid delivery methodologies.
Oversee UAT, production releases, change management, and post-launch hypercare.
Provide regular project status updates and executive-level reporting.
Drive stakeholder alignment, issue resolution, and continuous process improvements.

Successful candidates will have:

7+ years of Project Management experience delivering enterprise technology projects.
Proven experience managing e-commerce, digital commerce, or omnichannel initiatives.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
Demonstrated experience managing project financials, risks, dependencies, and cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification is an asset.
