Agilus is recruiting for a Remote Account Executive in the Recruitment & Staffing / Technology Marketplace.

As an Account Executive, you’ll own a territory, build pipeline through proactive outbound efforts, close new business, and expand existing accounts—all while contributing to a mission-driven, high-energy, remote team.

Responsibilities:
  • Prospect new business through outbound calls, emails, and targeted outreach
  • Build and manage a full pipeline within an assigned U.S. territory
  • Deliver tailored product pitches and demos aligned to facility needs
  • Close new facility partnerships and expand existing relationships
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer experience
  • Maintain accurate CRM records for activities, pipeline, and forecasting
  • Identify market opportunities and adapt strategies as industries evolve
  • Participate in occasional U.S. travel for meetings, events, and conferences

Successful candidates will have:
  • 3–5+ years of sales, business development, or account management experience
  • Proven ability to manage full-cycle sales from prospecting through closing
  • Strength in strategic territory planning using data-driven insights
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight in a remote environment
  • Strong communication skills across clinical and business audiences
  • Curiosity, resilience, and a proactive, hunter-driven sales mindset
  • Ability to organize and manage schedule, pipeline, and CRM data
  • Collaborative approach and willingness to contribute to a positive team culture
