This is a senior, high-trust role at the centre of how our client will bring it's largest and most complex clients live. This role owns the enterprise onboarding book of business; you support and execute it with strong, hands-on project management — running the day-to-day cadence and keeping every workstream honest. A framework is a floor, not a ceiling: you're being brought in for the expertise you already carry, and as you support enterprise onboardings, you'll be expected to spot where the process can be sharper and bring those ideas forward.

Responsibilities:

Support the Implementation Manager in running enterprise onboarding engagements for clinic networks of 10+ locations, from kickoff through go-live and Transition to Success.
Track requirements in conjunction with the Business Analyst (BA) team, making sure nothing falls through the cracks between discovery and delivery.
Build and maintain a detailed project management plan — milestones, dependencies, owners, kickoff/status calls, and agendas — and keep a risk register that actually gets used.
Hold every team — Support, BA, QA, DB, the Trainer, and RevOps — accountable to their deadlines, so the overall project stays on track even when individual workstreams get busy.
Keep the engagement on schedule and escalate early under real time pressure, staying closely engaged through Go-Live Readiness and Stabilization.
Make clients feel comfortable and confident throughout a complex process — building real relationships with them, not just running a checklist.
Keep Support leadership updated on how individual Support team members are performing on your engagements, so feedback flows in both directions.
Get to know each client's business, then tailor training and onboarding to them — using their language and examples that fit how their clinic actually operates — and guide cross-functional teams to bring that same emotional intelligence to every client conversation.

Must have:

Exceptional people skills — able to read a room, adapt your approach, and navigate different personalities across clients, teammates, and leadership.
A senior, client-facing presence — comfortable in the room with clinic owners, healthcare executives, and multi-site operators.
Healthcare technology, EMR, digital health, or adjacent SaaS implementation experience is strongly preferred.
A genuine improvement mindset — someone who can execute a proven process faithfully and still notice where it should evolve.
5+ years managing complex, high visibility projects, ideally in an implementation, onboarding, or client-delivery capacity.
Strong IT project management background — comfortable building project plans from scratch and thriving in high-pressure, tight-timeline scenarios with competing stakeholder priorities.
