Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Project Coordinator in the legal field.
Join a fast-paced, client-focused team where you'll play a key role in coordinating projects, supporting Project Managers, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for a highly organized professional with strong communication skills, technical aptitude, and a passion for leveraging technology and AI tools. You'll collaborate across departments, manage project documentation, support client communications, and help drive successful project outcomes while building valuable experience in a professional services environment.
Responsibilities:

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project milestones are completed on time
Create, maintain, and analyze project documentation, reports, scripts, and business rules
Monitor deadlines, track project progress, and support quality assurance initiatives
Coordinate project activities, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications
Support client interactions by responding to inquiries and tracking project requirements

Requirements:

Bring at least 1 year of client-facing experience; project coordination, scheduling, database, or professional services experience is an asset
Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail in both French and English
Utilize advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Outlook, and Access
Apply technical aptitude and AI fluency, including experience with Microsoft Copilot or similar AI platforms
Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
