Program Manager Oracle EPM

Agilus is recruiting for a Program Manager Oracle EPM in the Information Technology Industry for.

Responsibilities:

Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues impacting program delivery
Drive standardization of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting processes • Oversee system design, configuration, data integration, testing, and deployment activities
High stakeholder satisfaction and engagement

Successful candidates will have:

10+ years of experience in program/project management, with at least 5 years leading large-scale global implementations
Proven experience delivering Oracle EPM implementations
Strong understanding of finance processes, including FP&A, consolidation, and financial reporting
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field
Excellent communication and executive presentation skills

What's in it for you:

$100.00 - $115.00 hourly
Lead the end-to-end global Oracle EPM implementation program, from planning through deployment and post-go-live stabilization
Establish program governance, including steering committees, reporting cadence, risk management, and escalation processes
Oversee system design, configuration, data integration, testing, and deployment activities
Ensure proper training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to business users and support teams
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, external system integrators, and regional stakeholders

Further additional qualifications:

Oracle EPM certifications or relevant implementation experience
Global Experience
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle ERP Cloud, SAP)
PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project/program management certification
