Senior Product Quality Owner – Drive Product Excellence in SaaS Delivery
Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Product Owner in the FinTech industry. This Senior Product Quality Owner role is ideal for a quality-driven professional who thrives at the intersection of product, engineering, and QA. You’ll lead quality strategy across complex product areas, ensuring features are validated, risks are mitigated, and releases meet high standards. Working cross-functionally, you’ll prioritize backlogs, improve delivery processes, and embed a proactive culture of quality throughout the product lifecycle. Responsibilities:- Own and prioritize quality backlogs including bugs, risks, and improvements
- Lead triage processes with QA, Product, Engineering, and Support teams
- Translate product features into structured projects and deliverables
- Validate and approve features prior to release based on usability and risk
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure product quality and readiness
Requirements:- Bring 5+ years of experience in QA, product quality, or product ownership
- Apply strong knowledge of SaaS product lifecycles and testing practices
- Lead cross-functional initiatives across multiple product areas
- Identify risks proactively and drive resolution strategies
