Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for several Legal Support Specialists in the legal field. This fully remote role is ideal for bilingual legal professionals who enjoy client-facing work in a structured, high-volume environment. As a Legal Customer Support Specialist, you will assist clients with complex inquiries, review and interpret documentation, and provide accurate, empathetic support in both English and French while managing sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism. Responsibilities:- Support clients through inbound and warm-transferred communications
- Review and interpret documentation to provide personalised guidance
- Research and resolve inquiries using internal systems and case files
- Document client interactions accurately and in detail
- Handle sensitive matters with empathy, discretion, and professionalism
Requirements:- Bring a legal background such as Law Clerk, Paralegal, or similar experience
- Demonstrate full bilingual fluency in English and French
- Apply strong communication, judgement, and active listening skills
- Navigate multiple systems efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Use a personal computer meeting required technical specifications
- Maintain internet speeds of at least 20 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload with jitter of 20 ms or less
Operate a computer with Intel i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 processor or better
Use a device with a minimum of 8 GB RAM and 256 GB storage
Run Windows 10 or higher, including MacBook Pro M1 running Windows
