Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for an Emerging Accounts Sales Representative in the Food Safety.
We are looking for a Bilingual (French/English) or Trilingual (French/English/Spanish) individual who thrives on building customer relationships, managing a high volume of accounts, and driving business growth. In this role, you will support and develop emerging customer accounts through proactive engagement, onboarding, and account management, while guiding customers to the most effective purchasing and support channels. A typical day:
  • Manage a high volume of emerging accounts, providing consistent and efficient customer support
  • Support the progression of accounts into higher-value tiers through structured development
  • Initiate and support account setup for new and emerging customers
  • Ensure customers are equipped to independently manage day-to-day needs wherever possible
  • Direct customers to the most appropriate purchasing pathway. E.g. take orders directly, introduce them to eCommerce, or introduce them to channel partners, based on account size and complexity.
  • Align account engagement model with company segmentation and cost-to-serve strategies
  • Effectively prioritize and manage a large number of accounts and activities
  • Collaborate with field sales and support teams to ensure alignment across customer touchpoints

Successful candidates will have:
  • Minimally Bilingual (English/French), preferably Trilingual (English/French/Spanish)
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service
  • Proven ability to manage a high volume of customers or transactions in a structured environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to guide customers toward efficient solutions
  • Experience working with CRM systems and digital tools
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Total rewards:
  • $29.00 - $33.00 hourly
  • 100% remote work
