Customer Service Lead

Agilus is recruiting for a Customer Service Lead in the Life Sciences Industry. This opportunity provides the flexibility to work fully remote. You will act as lead for our clients customer service representatives. Responsibilities:- Recommends changes to products or services to fulfill customer needs.
- Responsible for designing and implementing improved process or operational policies.
- Support a staff of customer service representatives and ensures that customers are retained, satisfied, and that their needs are fulfilled.
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Typically reports to a senior manager.
- Act as a support channel, working with dental solutions area of client organization; work with client on orders and shipment tracking
- Other misc. duties as may be required.
Requirements:- Bilingualism in French and English
- 3-5 years of previous experience in a customer service role
- BA education, minimum requirement
- SAP experience is an asset
