Bookkeeper role open now! Fully remote opportunity, start ASAP!Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Bookkeeper in the Financial Services Industry. We are working with our client to find an experienced Full-Cycle Bookkeeper to manage a portfolio of client accounts. This role is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who enjoys working independently, managing multiple client files, and taking ownership of their work. What's in it for you:- $30.00 - $35.00 hourly
- 20 hours per week (chance for hours to increase over time)
- Fully remote, Calgary preferred

Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of client bookkeeping files independently
- Perform full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple businesses
- Maintain accurate records using QuickBooks Online
- Complete bank and credit card reconciliations
- Process payroll and prepare payroll remittances
- Prepare and file GST/HST returns
- Review financial data for accuracy and identify discrepancies
- Communicate directly with clients to obtain missing information and resolve issues
Requirements:- Minimum 3 years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online
- Solid knowledge of GST/HST filings, bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, payroll processing, and payroll remittances
- Experience managing multiple client files simultaneously
