Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Bilingual Contact Centre Representative in the legal field.
Are you a fully bilingual professional who enjoys helping people and solving problems? We are seeking customer-focused representatives to handle inbound emails and calls, answer questions, research information, and deliver exceptional service in both English and French. This remote position is ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment, can navigate multiple systems efficiently, and maintain professionalism in challenging situations.
Responsibilities:

Answer emails and calls professionally in English and French
Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information
Research requests using available systems and resources
Escalate complex issues to specialized support teams

Requirements:

Communicate fluently in both English and French, verbally and in writing
Experience in customer service or call centre environments
Demonstrate strong customer service, listening, and communication skills
Navigate Microsoft Office and multiple systems comfortably

Memory & Storage: 8 GB RAM, 256 GB storage minimum
Operating System: Windows 10 or higher
Setup: Dual monitors and headset
A MacBook Pro (M1 chip) running Windows 10 or higher may also be considered
