Bilingual Claims Analyst (Remote – Canada) | $22.50/hr | Growth Opportunity
Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for several Bilingual Claims Analysts in the Insurance Industry.
Join a high-performing team as a Bilingual Claims Analyst supporting end-to-end claims processing and client communications. This remote, Canada-based role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals fluent in English and French who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering excellent client service while meeting service level commitments.
Responsibilities:

Process claims and related correspondence from intake to resolution
Communicate effectively in English and French with internal and external stakeholders
Ensure compliance with service level agreements and quality standards
Maintain accurate records and documentation across systems
Collaborate with team members to meet operational goals and deadlines

Successful candidates will have:

Demonstrate fluency in both English and French (spoken and written)
Apply strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Exhibit proficiency with MS Office and digital communication tools
Show ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured environment
Possess prior experience in claims
